Christal Fenning was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. She started in the industry in September 2003, when she was only twenty years old. Her hard work, commitment, competitive attitude and dedication paid off when she was promoted to a management level for Big Maveric Marketing in November of 2004. Christal continued her growth as a Manager, and opened up her own company, Ace 1 Advertising & Acquisitions in May 2006.

With her winning attitude and desire to have a successful marketing and advertising firm, Ace 1 Advertising recently surpassed the 3 million sales mark. Every time she sets a goal, she makes sure she not only achieves it, but goes above and beyond. One year after incorporation, Christal was awarded Rookie Owner of the Year from TNI, The Network Inc. In addition, in 2008, she captured the prestigious Owner of the Year Award as well as Top Administrative Team. She also added The Most Consistent Owner of the Year Award in 2009 to her trophy showcase.

David was born and raised on Vancouver Island and prior to joining ACE, he served in the Canadian Army for 3.5 years. He started his career in Calgary with ACE in April of 2007 where his 100% commitment, and the team player that he is, earned him a Top Leader Award for 2007 at the 2007 West Coast Christmas Party. He was promoted to Assistant Management of Calgary in March of 2008. ACE opened its second location in Edmonton and David took the challenge and succeeded in achieving the Manager status in August 2008. Because of his hard work and dedication, David was promoted to Ownership in March 2009, and thus New World Acquistions Inc was born. In May of 2009, David received the Rookie Manager of the Year Award from TNI, The Network Inc.

David moved to Montreal, Quebec for a few months, and is now back in Calgary, working alongside Ace 1 Advertising.
